Plans & Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes, the Free plan covers up to 5 clients and 10 projects with the full lead pipeline, invoicing, and basic analytics, no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI, and net banking, processed through Cashfree, an RBI-licensed payment gateway.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active for the period you already paid for. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your data from your account at any time, so you are never locked in.
Security & Data
How secure is my data?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access control so one account never sees another account's data.
Who can see my client data?
Only you and, if you add them, your team members on Pro and Ultra. Client portal access is scoped per client, a client only ever sees their own information.
Is Helium Suite DPDP compliant?

Team & Clients
Can I add team members?
Pro allows up to 5 team members, Ultra is unlimited. Free is single-user.
Does my client need to create an account?
No. Clients access their portal through a secure invite link, no password to set up.
